About

Dr. Roberts practices at Mahaya Forest Hill Integrative Health in Toronto, Canada. He is on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Restorative Medicine and is a member of the College of Naturopaths of Ontario.

In addition to private practice, Dr. Roberts teaches Clinical Medicine and lectures on endocrine health at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) and supervises student interns at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic. He graduated from CCNM's four-year postgraduate program and subsequently completed a two-year clinical residency.

Focus

Dr. Roberts uses natural therapies to treat anxiety and conditions related to anxiety. For example:

  • generalized anxiety disorder
  • panic attacks and panic disorder
  • chronic stress
  • burnout and adrenal fatigue
  • irritable bowel syndrome

Treatment

The natural therapies that Dr. Roberts uses primarily include diet and lifestyle recommendations, counseling, botanical medicines and nutritional supplementation.

When you book your first visit, you'll receive intake forms to complete and bring on the day of your appointment. This first visit typically lasts 1½ hours. Follow-up visits are booked as needed; the frequency and length of these visits varies according to individual needs.
